As an Entry Level Tax Preparer, you will play a vital role in helping individuals and businesses navigate the complexities of tax preparation. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and file federal and state tax returns for individuals and small businesses
  • Assist clients in understanding their tax obligations and available deductions
  • Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks and Sage to manage client data efficiently
  • Conduct thorough reviews of financial documents to ensure accuracy in tax reporting
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly
  • Collaborate with senior tax professionals to enhance your technical accounting skills
  • Maintain organized records of all client interactions and documentation
  • Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to provide informed advice

Basic qualifications

  • Strong mathematical skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Proficiency in accounting software, including QuickBooks and Sage
  • Familiarity with public accounting practices and corporate accounting principles

Preferred qualifications
