Job Summary As a Concierge (Medical Data Entry), you will be responsible for assisting our pharmacists with the medication procurement process through accurate and efficient data entry. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that patient and prescription information is entered correctly into our online system, coordinating refills, and verifying inventory at our partnering pharmacies. This is a sedentary position that requires excellent communication, organizational, and technical skills. Key Responsibilities Medication Procurement Support: Assist clinicians in the medication procurement process by accurately entering patient and prescription information into our online system. Data Verification and Quality Control: Complete verification processes to ensure quality patient care through thorough data review and entry. Peer Review and Accuracy: Participate in the second check of peer's work to ensure accuracy and attention to detail. Software Navigation and Communication: Navigate between various software systems for communication and completion of assignments, including chat, email, phone calls, and patient profile documentation. Productivity and Quality Balance: Maintain a high level of productivity while balancing quality of care to ensure exceptional patient outcomes. Phone and Customer Service: Answer phone calls, respond to routine questions, and outreach to pharmacists as needed to resolve issues or clarify information. Prescription Refill Coordination: Call in patient prescription refills to designated dispensing pharmacies and verify receipt of refills. Pharmacy Partner Outreach: Outreach to pharmacy partners to complete stock checks, ensuring medications are available for patient care. Team Collaboration and Training: Work cooperatively with fellow Concierge team members and other teams throughout the organization, and assist in training new team members as assigned. HIPAA Compliance: Adhere to all HIPAA protocols to maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.
