<h2>Complaints Specialist – Remote Role (UK Only)</h2><h2>Complaints Specialist – Remote Role (UK Only)</h2><p>A financial planning business are looking to hire a Complaints Specialist to investigate and resolve and servicing complaints in an accurate and timely manner, achieving fair client outcomes.</p><p><strong>Please note that this role is also being advertised as a hybrid role, which is the clients preference, but they would also consider a remote worker</strong>.</p><p><strong>Main Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Handling all aspects of a complaint from initial acknowledgement through to redress calculations and FOS escalations.</li><li>Managing complaints workflow, handling multiple complaints at a time to ensure they are processed within regulatory timescales</li><li>Managing all FOS communication as required</li><li>Primary contact for Professional Indemnity insurers for queries and liaison</li><li>Investigating and analysing root causes for complaints, escalating issues and trends, and providing solutions and actions</li><li>Liaising with staff across the whole business and at all levels, communicating updates and core findings from analysis</li></ul><p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 3 years experience within a similar complaints role within a similar environment (wealth management/financial planning) assessing pension advice.</li><li>Experience of handling all aspects of a complaint from initial acknowledgement through to redress calculations and FOS escalations</li><li>Good communicator, comfortable dealing with all levels of staff.</li></ul><p><strong>Unless otherwise stated, candidates must have the right to work in the UK.</strong></p><p><strong>The CLARC Guarantee</strong> - we 100% guarantee that your CV will never be sent to a client without your prior expressed permission so all of your details are totally secure with us.
