The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in both AI capability building and adoption as well as AI governance and risk. You will own executive relationships independently, represent EisnerAmper in executive rooms, and shape the strategic direction of our AI Advisory services. This role requires a leader who can navigate executive conversations on AI strategy and risk while also guiding clients through practical implementation and organizational change. advanced degree preferred.</p></li><li><p>15+ years of experience in AI, technology strategy, risk management, or management consulting.</p></li><li><p>5+ years in a client-facing leadership role with direct responsibility for executive relationships and revenue generation with demonstrated expertise in both AI governance/risk and AI capability building/adoption.</p></li></ul><p></p><h2>Preferred/Desired Qualifications</h2><ul><li><p>Experience in professional services, consulting, or advisory roles serving enterprise clients.</p></li><li><p>Track record of building and growing advisory practices or service lines.</p></li><li><p>Deep knowledge of responsible AI governance frameworks, AI/ML technologies, and enterprise AI adoption patterns.</p></li><li><p>Experience advising boards and C-suite executives on technology risk and strategy.</p></li><li><p>Strong executive presence with excellent communication and <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word;
