Temporary Admin Support to the EA Team
Location: Leeds - LS11
Salary: £25000 - £28000 - DOE
Start Date: ASAP - They will take someone to start before Christmas
Contract: Until end of January 2026
Hours: Full-time
Working Pattern: Office-based (with some WFH flexibility after Christmas)

Elevation Recruitment Group is currently partnering with a fantastic Leeds-based organisation to recruit a confident and proactive Temporary Administrator to support the Executive Teams. This role is ideal for someone who loves keeping things running smoothly, thrives on organisation, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves to support a busy team.

You'll be working closely with the EA team, stepping in to provide seamless support during a key period for the business. You'll be with the team for two weeks before the Christmas break, and then return in January to see the contract through.

As admin support you will be doing:

  • Supporting with diary management

  • Facilities organisation across the office

  • Ordering stock and office supplies

  • Acting as a friendly face on reception

  • Handling post duties, inbound and outbound

  • Providing general admin support with a helpful, can-do attitude

We’d Love to Speak to Candidates Who:

  • Are available to start from Monday 15th December and can interview w/c 8th December

  • Bring strong organisational skills

  • Are confident working in a fast-paced, office-based environment

  • Have previous admin experience within business support
