Counselors will provide therapy services to individuals, couples, and families dealing with a wide range of issues, including relationship challenges, communication struggles, conflict resolution, parenting concerns, and more. The position is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from anywhere and set your own schedule with approval, weekly schedule then remains the same weekly

Description

Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy via secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms.
  • Assess client needs, create treatment plans, and offer tailored counseling strategies.
  • Help clients build better communication skills, resolve conflicts, and strengthen relationships.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions and progress notes.
  • Collaborate with other team members, as needed, to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Stay up-to-date with current counseling methods, techniques, and best practices.
  • Adhere to all ethical guidelines and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications:
  • Washington State licensure as an LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, or equivalent.
  • Experience in family and marriage counseling.
  • Strong understanding of therapeutic modalities for relationship and family dynamics.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a caseload remotely.
  • Comfortable with telehealth technology and conducting virtual sessions.
  • Compassionate, empathetic, and nonjudgmental attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
